Heat The Oil In A Pot Add Cloves, Cinnamon And Star Anise Bay- Leaf, Sauté For A Few Second And Then Add Tomato Dice Green Chili And Ginger Julienne Cook For Few Minute .
Add The Rice And Sauté For Four To Five Minutes. Add The Water And Salt Cover With A Lid And Cook Till The Rice Is Done.
