Ingredients
  

  • 1 No cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 2 no big onion
  • 2 no capsicum
  • 2 no Tomato
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam powder
  • 2 tsp Deghi Mirch
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain ( carom seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp kastoori methi (fenugreeks)
  • 1/4 tsp amchur powder ( mango powder)
  • 250 grms hung curd
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp As per Taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash all vegetable then cut all vegetable into big dices
    vegetable dices
  • Tossed well all vegetable with spices and oil
    vegetable with spices
  • Now add hung curd and Mix well
    vegetable with curd
  • Now spread all vegetable on the oven tray put into preheated oven on 160 degree cooked till done around 10 to 12 minute
    vege on oven tray
  • After cooked take all vegetable into the bowl tossed with butter, coriander leaves and sprinkle with chaat masala
