Take yogurt in a bowl, add red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, garam masala powder coriander powder and mustard oil. Cardamom powder clove powder chat masala mix well. Apply this marinade to the chicken leave it for half an hour
Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, and green cardamoms and sauté for half a minute , add chopped onions. Fry the onions till golden then add the ginger garlic paste.
Then add the chicken pieces continue to sauté for minutes, stirring continuously and add the tomato chopped, the dry masala, and keep stirring the mixture on low flame
for a while and fry well in the mixture till oil separates. Add saffron hot water and curd bring to a boil, cover and cook till the chicken is fully done
