Ingredients
  

  • For Marination
  • 1/2 no whole chicken bone less
  • ½ cup yogurt hang curd
  • 1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 tsp deghi mirch powder
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • 1 Pinch garam masala powder
  • 3 no lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper powder to taste
  • For the chapatis
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Other Ingredient
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 4 tbsp Mint and coriander chutney
  • 2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 2 no Lemon slice
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Take yogurt in a bowl, add red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, garam masala chat masala mix well. apply this marinade to the chicken pcs leave it for two hour.
  • Heat oil in pan add marinated chicken cook until cooked. .
  • For the chapatis
  • Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
  • Roll it out each make it thin chapatti Cook lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.
  • In another bowl beatan egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and add the egg. place the cooked paratha on the wet egg mixture so that it sticks well. cook well on both sides
  • How to arrange
  • spread the chicken in the centre of each chapatti Then add onion Julienne on top of Vegetable and Mint sauce and roll up tightly.
  • Cut into two pieces or as a desired shape

Notes

Served with onion, mint chutney and Lemon slice
