Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm chicken minced
  • 1 Pinch Cloves Powder
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Cumin Powder
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Powdee
  • 1 pinch Green Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 no Green Chilies-Chopped
  • 2 no egg
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Cup Coriander fresh chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Mint fresh Chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a chicken minced, add ginger, garlic paste egg ,and powdered spices. . Set aside in a fridge for one hour.
  • Take portion of mince and Put minced on to skewers Like long sausage-like kebab while pressing on to a skewer. Apply some oil on your hands
  • add chopped mint & coriander over the skewers
  • Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven. When Minced Is Almost Done, Baste It With Oil, Roast Again Till Done.

Served Hot Garnish with coriander Sprigs, red onion rings (Laccha), Slant cut green chili
