Heat oil in pan sauté till onions are golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste stir continues add all spices then cook till oil separates from the masala then
Add the chicken mince, tomato puree and water and green peas and salt, stir about 10 minutes, till the chicken mince is well cooked,. Cook on medium heat till the mince is tender.,
Cover, and simmer on low heat for two two minute add coriander chopped garnish with ginger julienne serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
For the chapatis
Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Roll it out each make it thin chapatti Cook lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.
How to arrange
Spread the Chicken Tikka in the centre of each chapatti
Then add vinegar onion Julienne on top of tikkas and roll up tightly.
Cut into two pieces as a desired shape
Served with vinegar onion, mint chutney and Lemon slice
