Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Chicken Bone Less
  • 3 no Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Yogurt Hang Curd
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
  • Pinch Cardamom Powder
  • Pinch Clove Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
  • 2 Tsp Mustard Oil
  • Oil For Basting
  • For the chapatis
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • Other Ingredient
  • 2 no onion Julienne
  • no Lemon Slice
  • Salt As Per Taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean The Chicken, Remove The Skin And Cut Into Pieces
  • Red Chili Powder, Salt, Ginger Paste, And Garlic Paste Apply This To The Chicken Pcs And Leave It For Half An Hour.
  • Take Yogurt In A Bowl, Add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala Powder Coriander Powder And Mustard Oil. Cardamom Powder Clove Powder Chat Masala Mix Well.
  • Apply This Marinade To The Chicken Pcs. Put The Chicken Onto The Skewer And Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven. When Chicken Is Almost Done, Baste It With Oil, Roast Again Till Done.
  • For the chapatis
  • Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
  • Roll it out each make it thin chapatti Cook lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.
  • How to arrange
  • spread the Chicken Tikka in the centre of each chapatti
  • Then add vinegar onion Julienne on top of tikkas and roll up tightly.
  • Cut into two pieces as a desired
  • NOTES
  • Served with vinegar onion, mint chutney and Lemon slice
